Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase. Completing payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all clauses in this document; claims of unawareness will not be accepted.

Advance Payment

Full payment is required before the initiation of any bot or service delivery. Completing the payment process constitutes explicit and unconditional acceptance of all terms and policies set forth in this document.

  • Delivery commences only after full payment confirmation is received
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include processing fees
  • Payment confirmation constitutes a binding digital signature on these terms

No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-reversible. Once the bot or service has been delivered, the client permanently waives any right to claim a refund of the paid amount, whether partial or full, regardless of reason.

  • No refund request will be accepted after delivery is completed
  • No partial refund is granted for unused subscription time
  • Order cancellation before commencement may allow a partial refund at management discretion
  • Dissatisfaction with the service is not an accepted ground for a refund

Service Scope

Services are delivered exclusively in accordance with the description agreed upon at the time of purchase. Any additional requests or modifications outside the defined scope are treated as a separate service and require a new prior written agreement.

  • The service description agreed upon at purchase is the sole official reference
  • Post-commencement modifications require a new agreement and may incur additional fees
  • Any feature or requirement not expressly stated is considered out of scope

Exceptions

Versa Store management will review cases where a serious technical error attributable to our side is established, or where delivery was entirely prevented for reasons exclusively attributable to us. Resolution of such cases rests with management's sole discretionary authority, and its decision is final and binding.

  • A proven technical failure on our part obligates us to remediation or appropriate compensation
  • Complete non-delivery for reasons attributable to us qualifies for review
  • Misuse of the service or breach of terms forfeits all review rights
  • Failure to report an issue within 7 days of delivery forfeits the right to file an exception request
  • Paddle, as the official Merchant of Record, reserves the right to process refund requests in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws
