By using any Versa Store services or completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all of these terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

• —Continued use of the service constitutes implicit acceptance of any future updates
• —Minors are not permitted to make purchases without guardian consent
• —Special agreements concluded with management take precedence over these general terms

Full payment is required before the initiation of any bot or service delivery. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and may be subject to revision without prior notice. Completing payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

• —No delivery begins before the required amount is confirmed received
• —Prices are in USD and include processing fees
• —Price changes do not affect pre-paid orders
• —Invoices are final and no dispute is accepted after payment completion

Services are delivered exclusively in accordance with the description agreed upon at the time of purchase. Any additional requests or modifications outside the defined scope are treated as a separate service and require an independent prior agreement.

• —The description agreed upon at purchase is the sole official reference
• —Post-commencement modifications may incur additional fees
• —Any requirement not expressly stated in the description is considered out of scope

Versa Store is committed to maintaining complete confidentiality of all client data, bots, and server-related information. No data is shared with any external party in any form or under any circumstances.

• —Server and bot data are not shared with any external party
• —Payment information is processed through encrypted gateways and not stored by us
• —The client has the right to request data deletion at any time

It is strictly prohibited to resell, share, or distribute purchased bots or services to any third party without prior explicit written permission from Versa Store management. Violation of this clause results in immediate service termination without notice.

• —Resale without written permission results in immediate service termination
• —No refund is issued for terminations resulting from a violation
• —The prohibition includes partial transfer and unauthorized shared subscriptions

Versa Store reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of substantial changes via Discord or the official website. Continued use of the service after modifications take effect constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.

• —Substantial modifications are announced via Discord
• —The client has the right to terminate the service in rejection of substantial modifications before they take effect
• —Continued use constitutes acknowledgment of acceptance of the updated version

In the event of any dispute or disagreement relating to these terms or the services provided, please contact our team first via Discord to attempt an amicable settlement. We commit to responding to all legitimate inquiries within 24 business hours.

• —Amicable settlement via Discord is the first and preferred course of action
• —Management reserves the right to refer unresolved disputes to any party it deems appropriate
• —Versa Store management's decision in internal disputes is final and binding

Our services are available as monthly or quarterly subscriptions. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — they must be manually renewed before expiry to maintain service continuity.

• —Subscriptions do not auto-renew — manual renewal only
• —Subscription expiry without renewal results in immediate service suspension
• —Payments are processed by Paddle as the official Merchant of Record; their policies may apply per applicable consumer protection laws
• —Subscriptions are non-transferable between servers without prior agreement

• —Payment in advance before any delivery — no exceptions
• —All sales are final — no refunds after delivery
• —Service executed per the agreed-upon description exclusively
• —Client data is confidential and not shared with any external party
• —Reselling bots without prior written permission is prohibited
• —Violation of any clause may result in immediate service termination
